Andrei Pascu is a member of the bankruptcy and insolvency group and of the litigation group of the firm. His practice encompasses the many aspects of representation of companies in the process of restructuring as well as different fields of commercial and civil litigation. Therefore, Andrei has been actively engaged in matters such as injunctive proceedings, contestation of public tender processes and appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada. Moreover, Andrei has been involved in several files comprising an international aspect. Indeed, he has worked on international restructuration of companies, has drafted opinions in international public law and assisted in the preparation of international arbitration matters.

Andrei completed his Civil Law degree at Université de Montréal. He also studied for a semester at Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas and completed a European Law class at Université Lyon III – Jean Moulin. Throughout his studies, Andrei has also conducted research in the field of Health Law.
