Professional Experience Ashley is an associate in the firm's Tax Group. Her practice concentrates on all aspects of domestic and international tax planning and income tax matters involving mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, securities offerings and dispute resolution.

Ashley joined McMillan as a summer student in 2006 and completed her articles with the firm in 2008.
