Professional Experience
Bill's practice involves mergers and acquisitions, advertising and marketing and other specialized areas of business law such as outsourcing, procurement, public-private partnerships, privatizations and international trade. He acts for a wide variety of businesses, governments, Crown agencies and trade associations, particularly in the marine, education, health, agricultural, liquor and gaming sectors. He chairs the firm's Transportation and Public Policy and Government Relations Groups and co-chairs the firm's Advertising and Marketing Group. He is also active in many others including the Projects, International Business and Trade, and Health Groups. Bill is a frequent writer and presenter on topics relating to his specialized areas of practice.
