Professional Experience After summering with the Business Law group at the firm in 2010, I am excited to be returning to article. My work experience over the summer was both interesting and varied, and I am looking forward to additional experiences over 2011-2012.

I recently graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto; obtaining a law degree has been a lifetime goal of mine. My academic experience at the University of Toronto was supplemented with volunteer work as a caseworker with Downtown Legal Services, a legal aid clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario and the University of Toronto; an associate editor with the University of Toronto Law Review; and head of the Property Rights Working Group of the University of Toronto Law and Development Society.

Prior to law school, I obtained Master's and Honours degrees in Economics and worked for several investment houses in the Asia Pacific region. I currently hold the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and have also passed the Series 7 and Canadian Securities Course examinations.

Outside of school and work I enjoy spending time at and working on my cottage. I also volunteer on the board of directors of two organizations.
