Professional Activities
Corin Bowman joined the firm as an associate in 2008. Corin is a member of the Business Law Group and Technology and Intellectual Property Group. Corin's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions including corporate finance, reorganizations, and asset and share purchase transactions. Corin also has experience in general corporate and commercial law, franchising and distribution, intellectual property law and privacy law (both domestic privacy law and European Union data protection requirements).
