David is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group and a member of the China Practice Group. He is building a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate transactions.

David joined McMillan as a summer student in 2014 and completed his articles with the firm in 2016. During law school, David volunteered at University of Toronto’s Downtown Legal Services, was the Co-President of the Asia Law Society, and served as a Student Director on the Board of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.

David is fully bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
