Professional Experience Erin is a Senior Associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in the Toronto Office with a general corporate commercial litigation practice. Erin's experience encompasses a variety of complex litigation matters including general contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, financial services litigation, environmental disputes and defending product liability matters. Erin has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and acted as junior counsel to certain bondholders in the BCE Inc. bondholder litigation at the Quebec Superior Court, Quebec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Erin completed a secondment at the Ontario Securities Commission in the Enforcement Branch during her articles and currently volunteers as Duty Counsel for Law Help Ontario (Pro Bono Law Ontario).

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature from Queen's University in 2001, Erin obtained her LL.B. (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa in 2004. While at the University of Ottawa Erin completed a specialized course in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation in her first year. Erin became a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada upon completion of her Bar Admission Course in 2005. She both summered and articled at McMillan LLP.
