Professional Activities

Jennifer Cockbill is an associate in the Restructuring Group of the firm's Vancouver office where she practises mainly in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency and creditors' remedies. Jennifer regularly acts for institutional and private lenders in foreclosure and receivership matters. She also has experience assisting creditors and other stakeholders in proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Jennifer has represented clients at all levels of the court in British Columbia including the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
