Professional Experience Jillian is an associate in the firm's Corporate Group. She is developing her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, asset and share sales and corporate reorganizations. Jillian also advises clients on a broad range of matters including the review and preparation of contracts, corporate governance and advertising and marketing law.

Jillian joined the firm as a summer student in 2006, and completed her articles with the firm in 2008.
