Professional Experience I am returning to the firm as an articling student after previously working with the Business Law group last summer and as a recent graduate of the University of Toronto. I am looking forward to returning to the firm's stimulating environment as well as the people I had the opportunity to work with last summer.

Prior to law school I received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary. Through my participation in the Co-operative Education Program I had the opportunity to gain accounting and finance experience in Alberta's oil and coal mining industries.

During law school I volunteered at Downtown Legal Services and with the mock trial club through Law and Action Within Schools. In addition to these volunteer positions, I organized the Client Counselling Competition in my second year of law school and contributed to the Law Journal as an associate editor. Following my first year of law school, I worked in the legal department of an investment fund management crown corporation in Alberta.

Some of my interests include downhill skiing, water skiing and yoga.
