Professional Experience
Ken is an associate in the firm's Debt Products Group at McMillan. He has assisted in public-private partnership financings and secured transactions.
Ken worked as a summer student in McMillan's Corporate Group and finished his articles at the firm in 2009. Prior to studying law, Ken worked for a magazine publisher in the promotion, editorial and production departments.

- Canadian counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent for the extension of a US$250 million senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility to a leading designer, developer and marketer of athletic equipment and accessories
- Involved with closing a major infrastructure project to redevelop 23 service stations situated on Highways 400 and 401 in the Province of Ontario
- Waterloo Region Consolidated Courthouse Project – a $379 million project to design, build, finance and maintain a new courthouse in Waterloo Region
- Canadian counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent for the extension of a credit facility up to US$445 million to a projection equipment company
- Acted as lender counsel to a Canadian Bank in connection with a $400 million revolving operating credit facility provided to one of Canada's largest fleet management companies
