Professional Activities
Mike Tourigny has been a partner in the firm's Vancouver office since 1985 and from 1994 - 2000, was the Managing Partner.
Mike has substantial corporate and commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution expertise. His specialties include complex commercial disputes, products liability litigation, securities and corporate governance disputes, environmental issues including defence in environmental prosecutions, mining, forestry, transportation and construction litigation. He has extensive trial court, appeal court, and commercial private arbitration experience.
