Morgan is an associate in the Business Law Group in the firm's Vancouver office. Her practice focuses primarily on assisting private companies with mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale transactions, reorganizations, joint ventures, and day to day corporate needs.

Morgan also enjoys assisting clients: meet their general corporate commercial needs; obtain growth financing through private equity or venture cap financing; review, interpret, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements as needed; meet continuous corporate requirements; and, keep up with corporate governance matters. She is actively developing a practice assisting growth stage companies in a variety of industries, with a particular interest in technology.

Morgan articled with the firm in 2012 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013. Prior to her articles, she externed at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, was called to the California State Bar, and earned her LL.M. from the University of British Columbia.
