Professional Experience Peter is a senior partner in McMillan's Debt Products Group and is the head of the firm's Projects Group. His practice is focused on corporate finance with an emphasis on project finance, public private partnerships, securitizations and asset-based lending. Peter's practice is increasingly devoted to advising consortia, arrangers, lenders and other participants in connection with P3 infrastructure projects. He also has many years of experience providing advice to both lenders and financial intermediaries in connection with the structuring and completion of domestic and international finance transactions. Peter recently led the team which represented Export Development Canada, as agent for the Governments of Ontario and Canada, in connection with the extension of up to $3.8 billion of restructuring financing to Chrysler and the provision of US$9.5 billion of financing solutions to General Motors.
