Professional Experience
Jeff practises in the business law area with a focus on debt financing transactions including syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition financings, tender offer financing, asset-based lending, second lien, private placement and subordinated debt offerings. He is a regular speaker at conferences and client in-house training programs on financial transactions and secured lending. Jeff has been recommended in Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada 2012 as an Asset-Based Lending expert, Banking and Finance law in Chambers Global Guide 2012, the Best Lawyers in Canada 2012 as a leader in Banking and Finance Law, and in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and was recognized in LEXPERT Magazine as one of the top 40 lawyers in Canada under 40 in 2004.
Jeff acts routinely for major Canadian and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions.
