Rachel is a member of McMillan's Restructuring Group in the Montreal office. She is developing a practice focused in all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy, as well as competition.  She acts as defence counsel  in class actions related to price-fixing and participates in the elaboration of strategies in bankruptcy and administrative law cases and commercial litigation. 

Rachel earned a certificate in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Civil Law, International Profile, at Laval University. She has also completed a semester focused on international trade law at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires. During her studies, Rachel was involved in organizing "Forum Marketing", a major event for marketing and communication professionals.  Rachel has also worked in property management for a Canadian multinational company, giving her a practical experience in the business world.

Rachel is a Gold Award Achiever of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
