Regina started at McMillan in 2012 as a Corporate Compliance Clerk in the Corporate Services Department of our Vancouver Office where she worked on annual maintenance for Federal, BC and Extraprovincial Companies, change of directors and officers and change of registered and records offices. Currently, she is working as a paralegal assisting the Firm’s lawyers and clients with a variety of corporate transactions including incorporations and organizations, extraprovincial registrations, continuations, amalgamations, dissolutions and share transfers. Her experience also includes attending to various matters relating to BC Societies and Federal Not-For-Profit Corporations.
