Professional Experience Stephen is an associate in the firm's Securities and Public Markets Group. His practice focuses on public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and structured products. Stephen also assists public and private companies, investment funds and registrants with general securities compliance, continuous disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters.

Stephen joined the firm as a summer student in 2005 and completed his articles with the firm in 2007.
