Professional Experience
Thomas Wachowski is an associate counsel in the Capital Markets and M&A group in the firm's Vancouver office. He has particular experience in corporate finance and securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
Thomas has assisted underwriters and issuers with public and private financings including initial public offerings, short and long form prospectus offerings, private placements and rights offerings. He also has extensive experience in assisting clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate restructurings, limited partnerships, stock exchange and securities law compliance, securities advisor registrations, general corporate matters and corporate governance.
