Professional Experience Wendy is an associate in the firm's Securities and Public Markets Group. Her practice focuses on public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and structured products. She also assists public and private companies, investment funds and registrants with general securities compliance, continuous disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters.

Wendy joined the firm as a summer student in 2005 and completed her articles with the firm in 2007. During this time she also participated in a secondment at the Ontario Securities Commission (Corporate Finance Branch).

Academic Achievements

Wendy was the recipient of the Commerce Undergraduate Award for Excellence in Service in 2003 and the Porte Realty Scholarship.
