Our experience structuring and implementing complex real estate financing transactions includes project lending, land development and builder finance, acquisition and construction financing and insured and non-insured commercial loans and mortgages and involves the full range of realty asset types, including residential, commercial and industrial condominiums, shopping centres, hotels, retirement and nursing homes, golf courses, casinos, mortgage portfolios, amusement parks, mining facilities and aquaculture. We also regularly assist clients providing, obtaining and negotiating terms of mezzanine/subordinated debt common to these areas of finance.

We have helped Schedule 1 banks and other lenders develop standard forms for loan, security and related agreements as well as establish lending practices and procedures for commercial mortgage, construction financing and other real estate based lending programs.
