Our health law group provides clients in both the public and private health sector with extensive, varied and fully integrated legal advice and services. Our clients include Ontario government ministries and agencies, regional health authorities, hospitals, community care access corporations, long-term care facilities, public health units, health-related corporations and associations, family health teams and health professionals. We represent not-for-profit and charitable corporations on issues unique to their sector. We also represent pharmaceutical (both human and veterinary), medical device, natural health product and food manufacturers and distributors, pharmacies, private health care providers, biotechnology and life sciences companies, health benefit providers and insurers on a variety of health industry issues.
Our group draws on the talents of seasoned professionals who are regarded as leaders across a broad range of legal disciplines including health, charities and not-for-profit, business, competition, construction and infrastructure, financing, corporate governance, intellectual property, labour and employment, litigation, privacy, tax and public policy.
