The lawyers in our Corporate Group have extensive experience in all aspects of business formation. Through a co-ordinated approach, the lawyers in our Corporate Group work with our colleagues in the Taxation Group to design and implement a tax efficient business structure which protects our clients' business interests while at the same time recognizing the business opportunities available to our clients. Once the appropriate structure has been identified, the lawyers in our Corporate Group work with our clients to help them get their business up and running. This includes liaising with other lawyers in the firm on matters relating to employment and labour relations, real estate, intellectual property, regulatory, business immigration and other specialty areas to meet the unique needs of each client.
