Commercial real estate lawyer Damon Chisholm will join an expert panel at the Commercial Leasing: Landlord and Tenant Disputes program being hosted by the Pacific Business & Law Institute.

Damon will deliver a presentation entitled: "Pre-Litigation Problems and Solutions" that will highlight:

  • The role of mitigation
  • Accepting or rejecting a repudiation

The full-day program takes place on April 9, and brings together expert faculty to provide guidance on strategies to minimize risks and costs by taking proactive approaches to commercial leases. In addition, experienced litigators provide their views on how to handle disputes when conflict does arise. Attendees will learn new approaches and strategies to dealing with the landlord/tenant relationship.
