Ehsan is an associate in McMillan's Tax Group. He maintains a broad practice focused on all aspects of domestic and international tax planning related to corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He also advises on income tax compliance and dispute resolution, as well as commodity tax matters.

Ehsan has experience advising clients on the Canadian tax implications of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Ehsan also assists asset and investment fund managers to establish and administer investment funds. He has particular experience in filing voluntary disclosures on behalf of clients.

Ehsan has contributed to and assisted with a number of articles published in the Canadian Tax Journal.
