Grace Shaw is an associate in McMillan’s Regulatory Group. Her practice focuses on administrative and public law, with an emphasis in the areas of privacy and data protection, transportation and environmental regulation. Grace enjoys finding creative and effective ways to assist clients in navigating the often complex and unique world of administrative law. Grace has been involved in various administrative and regulatory proceedings, including arbitrations, appeals and judicial reviews in court.
Grace joined McMillan in 2016 as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm in 2018. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
