Holly is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She is building a broad practice in complex civil and commercial litigation. She has experience in a range of areas, including contractual disputes, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation. Holly has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Holly joined McMillan in 2016 as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm in 2018. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. While at law school, Holly was a founding member of the Environmental Law Club and was also a research group leader with the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights. Prior to law school, Holly completed a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University where she specialized in international management and environmental studies.
