Jeff Rochwerg practises as Counsel in the Firm’s Employment and Labour Relations Group. Based in the Toronto office, he provides pragmatic advice on a wide range of workplace issues including discipline, termination of employment, workplace policies, employment contracts, employment standards and accommodation inquiries.  

Jeff uses a proactive and business-minded approach to help clients mitigate risk and avoid litigation. However, when litigation is necessary, Jeff draws on his experience successfully representing employers before all levels of Ontario Courts, labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Jeff joined McMillan in 2019 after practising in-house for a large public-sector organization and spending four years as an associate at a national employment and labour law firm.
