Jennifer’s practice focuses on all aspects relating to commercial real estate transactions, including the development, sale, acquisition and financing of real property.

She has particular expertise in drafting, negotiating and structuring agreements and transactions relating to real estate purchases, financings and sales, including co-tenancy and joint venture agreements, limited partnership agreements, management agreements and development agreements.

In addition, Jennifer specializes in condominium and subdivision development work, including high-rise residential and mixed used condominiums, common elements condominiums and plan registration and development matters for low-rise developments.

Jennifer’s clients are primarily comprised of real estate developers of both commercial and condominium properties and financial institutions.
