Lisa is a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate Department. She assists the firm's Real Estate Group and other firm members in diverse areas of asset purchase transactions, banking and secured transactional work. Lisa’s responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing various Alberta due diligence searches, preparation of related security and closing documentation, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, attending to closing of real estate transactions, registration of documents at Alberta Land Titles Office and reporting to clients post closing.

Lisa has extensive expertise in the areas of corporate finance and commercial real estate transactions in assisting with all matters relating to real estate and asset purchase transactions, asset-based lending, syndicated lending, project financing, subordinated lending.

Lisa also works with the Collections Litigation Department and her responsibilities include obtaining and reviewing various due diligence, preparation of and filing various litigation documents at Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
