On January 18, 2012, McMillan competition partners Neil Campbell and James Musgrove spoke at the American Bar Association, Section of Antitrust Law Unilateral Conduct Committee Town Hall: "East & West: Monopolization Updates from China and Canada."

James Musgrove participated as the moderator of the event. Neil Campbell addressed the leading developments in Canada and Kate Wallace of Jones Day discussed developments in China.
