Rankings and recognition
McMillan LLP has been ranked as "Canada Elite" by the Global Competition Review (GCR 100), a guide to the world's leading competition and antitrust law practices.

McMillan has been featured in the GCR 100 since the first edition launched in 1999. Those firms ranked as "Elite" are considered the strongest based on research, visibility, recent successes and past work.

In its report, the GCR noted "the firm's talented team includes Who's Who Legal nominees David W Kent, James B Musgrove, A Neil Campbell and Casey W Halladay – a starting line-up with years of agency and litigation experience under their belts. The firm has also cultivated a deep bench, with antitrust specialists Mark Opashinov and others helping with the heavy lifting. In early October, McMillan promoted Sidney Elbaz in Montreal after veteran antitrust expert D Martin Low QC retired in June."
