Michael Taylor is a key partner in the Capital Markets Group in McMillan's Vancouver office. Michael has unique cross-border expertise with experience listing and financing public companies in Canada on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, in the United States on the NYSE MKT, NASDAQ and NYSE, and in Hong Kong on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Michael's experience over 20 years of representing publicly traded companies includes:

  • advising on all stages of the "going public" process, from corporate organization through to listing and public trading
  • completion of prospectus and private placement offerings
  • assisting issuers with ongoing continuous disclosure obligations
  • stock exchange listing applications and ongoing compliance with exchange listing regulations
  • completions of mergers, acquisitions and "reverse takeover" transactions

    • $27 million private placement of subscription receipts in March 2016 and related qualifying prospectus
