Mireille is an associate practicing in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Employment and Labour Relations groups.
In her practice, Mireille is involved in preparing opinions, developing strategies, pleadings and procedures, and making representations before Québec courts. She advises clients in all aspects of labour and employment law, in class actions, as well as commercial and civil litigation in several areas including civil liability, contract liability, product liability, professional liability, and consumer protection.
Mireille joined McMillan as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm, after obtaining her Law degree from the University of Montreal. Prior to her law studies, she studied in Police Technology and held a number of law enforcement positions. She also completed with a mention of Excellence a certificate in “Violence, victims and society” at the University of Montreal.
