Shari is a partner in the firm's Employment and Labour Relations Group and Advocacy and Litigation Group in the Montreal office.

Shari advises and assists management with respect to all areas of employment and labour law, including hiring, performance management, employment standards, employment contracts, employment policies, human rights issues, compensation plans, employee termination and severance packages.

Shari also provides advice and assistance to vendors and purchasers with respect to the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Shari has appeared before the Superior Court, the Quebec Court and the Court of Appeal, and has represented employers in labour arbitrations, and before administrative boards and tribunals.

She also has a broad commercial litigation practice which includes experience with shareholder, director and corporate control disputes, succession matters, and construction law matters.
