Sonia is a partner with the Commercial Real Estate practice group in the firm. She cumulates over 25 years of experience counselling companies and institutions with the acquisitions, development and financing of real estate properties.

Sonia gained a wide range of expertise advising clients for the creation of large condominium projects, including residential, commercial and mixed-use properties as well as developing vacant sites or redeveloping existing properties.

Her clients are financial institutions, promoters, developers and owners of condominiums, retirement homes, and commercial leasing companies, but also wind farms, telecommunications, pipelines and energy distribution networks.
