McMillan is pleased to announce that Waël Rostom, Co-Chair, Restructuring and Insolvency, has been appointed to the Insolvency Institute of Canada (ICC).

IIC is a leading private sector insolvency organization that is dedicated to improving the insolvency process and enhancing the professional quality of the insolvency and bankruptcy practices in Canada.

Waël joins a distinguished group of leaders in the insolvency community. Members include lawyers, trustees, restructuring specialists, representatives of regulatory and compensation bodies, leaders of financial institutions, lenders, financial advisers, and prominent members of the academic community.

Waël joins McMillan lawyers Yoine Goldstein, Andrew Kent, Max Mendelsohn and Peter Reardon who are all currently members of IIC.
