As McMillan LLP’s National Director, Professional Growth and Management, Stephanie Donaher leads a national team responsible for the management, recruitment, professional development and training of lawyers, law students, law clerks and paralegals. She works closely with firm leaders to ensure the firm’s talent management initiatives are innovative and responsive to the needs of our clients and our legal professionals.
Stephanie joined McMillan as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm. Before joining the Professional Growth and Management team, she practised corporate restructuring and insolvency law at McMillan for over five years. Stephanie received her LLB from the University of Toronto and holds a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Queen’s University. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2001.
